My stay was lovely with the breakfast being good and the service very welcoming, perfect for fueling a day of exploration as you can easily walk to nearby attractions like the beautiful roslyn chapel and the serene gore glen woodland park where you can stroll and enjoy nature's beauty. however, the room could use a bit of extra attention.

Just a reliable pick for a short interlude in Dalkeith with great value for money. The gnocchi I had was amazing, with perfect textures and a delicious cheese sauce. Bring a fan if you stay in a warmer room.

I had a lovely stay for a night. The new lounge area is super bright and comfy. Enjoyed a flat white that hit the spot! Food was really good for lunch too, good quality at a fair price. Only downside was a bit of noise from the hall, but it wasn’t too bad considering the atmosphere.
